SIE Merchandise: Your new online PlayStation shopping destination

Attention all US employees – due to the transition to the new SIE Merchandise website, quantities will be very limited over the next few weeks! We are working on transitioning our inventory for our new site, so please get your PlayStation product orders in as soon as possible. As we approach the go-live date (to be determined) certain products will no longer be available as they will be in-process for launch date.

Gear up and shop the full collection of hardware, software and peripherals. Refresh your style with our newest brands, such as Marine Layer, Vineyard Vines, Fossa, North Face, Spyder, and more! SIE Merchandise is an internal offering for employees and contractors only.

All Sony employees will be able to access the new site through SSO Microsoft AD. This will require you to be on VPN using your Sony domain.

To access the store, please follow these below steps:

Log in to your VPN from your work laptop
Head to siemerchandise.com
Login via Microsoft SSO

If you are a member of Bungie, Bluepoint or Insomniac, please create an account and continue to use the username/password login.

The new SIE Merchandise Store website will enhance your shopping experience by providing a more streamlined and user-friendly platform for all things PlayStation. As part of this transition, PlayStation products will no longer be available on The Sony Family Center once the website is launched.

Effective March 19th at 9pm PST the old Family Center site will close and the new SIE Merchandise site will open on Wednesday, March 20th.

Please ensure to make any urgent orders promptly on the current Family Center Site.
The Family Center will be turning off ALL orders on Tuesday, March 19th at 9pm PST

Please note, SIE Merchandise site is currently only available in the United States. If you are located in Canada, please continue to shop online with Sony Family Center for your electronics and PlayStation products.

Who can shop

All Sony groups within the US will have access to the SIE Merchandise Store site, including interns and contingent workers. At this moment, we cannot accommodate retirees. Employees will be able to access the new site through SSO Microsoft AD. This will require you to be on VPN using your Sony domain.

For all Sony employees, you will need to create an account using your work email. If you are a member of the following PlayStation Studios (Bungie, Bluepoint or Insomniac) please continue to use the username/password login option. For all other Sony employees, please login using SSO once your account is created.

Family Center DTC Platform Transition

Interested in purchasing Sony Electronics? TheSony Family Center(US store only) will officially be moving to a new DTC platform on Wednesday, March 20. This move allows us to have some of the benefits of our great DTC platform while still offering great discounts on electronics. Click here to access more information about electronics.

The new Family Center site will be available to place orders by 9 a.m. PT March 20th.
Product Availability: During the transition phase (Two to three weeks post go-live) some models may be unavailable on the new site while inventory is shifted from old to new site. Please ensure to make any urgent orders promptly on the current Family Center Site.
